Conducted a strategic planning exercise with relevant stakeholders to develop the national strategic plan (2022-2026) for the Philippine Integrated Rare Diseases Management Programme; this includes the development of an M&E framework to measure the progress and results of the strategic plan.
Research: Assessment of remote/ hybrid M&E activities (2022)

Conducted an implementation research to document and assess the effectiveness of remote and hybrid M&E practices conducted by the USAID Health Project in the Philippines; developed a weighted evaluation framework for the identification of M&E “good practices” that can be sustained within the Project’s contexts.

Short-term consultancy commissioned by EvalYouth Asia to develop the 2021 Action Plans of the newly established EvalYouth chapters in Afghanistan and India linked to the Asia Pacific Evaluation Association Regional Strategy.
Evaluation: WAGGGS Girl Powered Nutrition Programme (2020)

Conducted a mixed-methods internal evaluation of the WAGGGS adolescent girls' nutrition behaviour change programme implemented in Madagascar, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Tanzania; employing participatory approaches like Outcome Harvesting and peer-led interviews and focus group discussion.

Co-conducted a participatory, mixed-methods internal research with 10 young women researchers to explore why more young women were not standing for governance roles within the Girl Guiding/Scouting Movement, and to identify recommendations on how to improve this.

Employed decomposition analysis to measure and identify the determinants of income inequalities in breast and cervical cancer screening non-adherence amongst eligible female population and obese women in France (The Constances Cohort).
Evaluation: UNFPA-Philippines Humanitarian Response to Typhoon Haiyan (2015)
Internal Evaluator
Led the development of the internal technical evaluation report of the UNFPA-Philippines humanitarian response to Typhoon Haiyan by consolidating and analysing various data sources ranging from primary data collection, progress reports, and project review documentation.

Contributed to the analysis and report writing of the 2011 and 2013 Integrated HIV Behavioural and Serologic Surveillance studies of the Philippines. Also contributed to the 2014 Philippine AIDS Epidemic Model Impact Modelling & Analysis.
